Currently, I'm pursuing my M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology at American College of Education, building on more than two decades of experience in education, including teaching, academic coaching, workshop facilitation, and the development of engaging educational resources, workbooks, and learning materials for students. After creating my first online course in Learn Press, I became passionate about learning more about instructional design and technology. Now, my focus is on curriculum development and course design for adult learners using emerging technology and learner-centered strategies to create engaging, accessible, and meaningful learning experiences. I bring creativity and close attention to detail to the work, translating something complex into a clear, structured path. What drives me is the moment a concept finally clicks for a learner and that's what pulled me from the classroom into coaching, and now into formal course design, and it's what I'm building this portfolio around as I finish my degree.
